CHS endeavours to maintain stock of all products, however from time to time certain items may be out of stock in our local warehouse.  

Should CHS be out of stock on a domestically sourced product, we finalise our orders with our wholesaler on Mondays by 9:00am to receive the products on that Wednesday.  Following which your order will be processed and despatched either that day or the next via the most economical courier and you will be notified of the tracking number via email.  On average your order will ship within 2 business days with a maximum delay of 14 of days from date of online order. 

In the event of being out of stock of a CHS product we directly import, we will advise you of the expected shipment arrival date.

In either instance we will notify you via the nominated email address with the revised despatch date and should you not wish to proceed you may cancel the order and we will process a full refund within 1 business day.

Delivery dates indicated at checkout are approximate set by the freight company and exclude products that may need to be back ordered. Depending on your location delivery can range from same day to maximum 14 days delivery timeframe.

Our delivery charge calculator uses order value and delivery destination to calculate shipping charges, therefore it may be inaccurate for both small and bulky products.  In the event lower or additional freight charges apply to your order, one of our team will be in contact to discuss the revised shipping charge prior to your order being processed. Should you no longer wish to proceed a full refund will be processed within 1 business day.

Note: Refunds are done by which ever payment method was used.
